List of Items Not allowed to enter Gaza for more than 3 years now

Here are some of the items that Israel does not allow from entering Gaza. They have been doing this for more than 3 years while the world watches in silence.

No notebooks, pens, newspapers, fresh meat, cattle, musical instruments, chocolate, seeds to grow their own food, fishing rods and fishing nets to catch fish, irrigation pipes, biscuits, glucose, spare parts for tractors, dairies for cow sheds, tarpaulin sheets for huts, glass, plasitc containers... nothing allowed. This is genocide.

Nayone with a brain knows that blocade is nothing but collective punishment of entire Gaza population. It has little to do with stopping weapons to enter Gaza.

 

thye might as well just allow guns in and make oney off the guns since if none of that stuff is allowed in thye will all die if they dont have animals to eat or ways of growing food

 

Its a shame the world leaders watch in silence as 1.5 million Palestinians in Gaza are subject to inhuman starvation and suffering, which has destroyed their health and economy. Such acts of collective punishment are illegal under international law. And israel is not above the law.

Shame on Barack Obama for bowing down to the israeli right-wingers and israel-firsters in the US Congress and Senate.

 

Israeli government mocks aid activists murdered by pirates in international waters

This israeli government has distributed a video mocking the aid workers on aid ship flotilla which carried 10,000 tons of aid to the starving people of Gaza, including books, color crayons, wheelchairs and construction material, which has not been allowed to enter Gaza for more than 3 years now, impoverishing and imprisoning 1.5 million Palestinians in a small strip of land.

And to think... Hamas could simply decide to stop murdering people and Gaza would return to peace and prosperity.

But I guess that isn't all that important to Hamas.

 

The problem isn't Hamas, it is quite literally the people of Palestine. Lets not forget Fatah was also born of a hardcore terrorist organization(PLO). Huge strides were made to legitimize Fatah, and at one point peace looked obtainable. The Palestinian people were not happy with that, and wanted something more radical, which is why they elected Hamas to power. Hamas then slaughtered most of the moderate elements of Fatah, and even if free elections in Palestine were allowed to continue(which they wont be), they would likely retain power. The real funny part is their ascent to power came from a declared strategy of changing from the road map to peace, to a 10 year truce with Israel while they re-armed.

This thing will likely never end until one of these two groups of people are properly conquered, with all the horrors of war that go with it. Wars have always had finality because people would do whatever it took to gain peace, even if it meant accepting the right of a Jew to breathe air. Keeping Gaza alive in its current format is like keeping a festering wound that will never heal. This might sound ridiculous, but if Israel wanted to bring this conflict to an end, they would ship arms to Gaza and Palestine, and let them get on with the war they want. Once they initiate the conflict, just carpet bomb the place and start over. Its horrid, but I have a hard time seeing an alternate ending with such people.

 

The optimist in me really wants to believe that Fatah has matured in the years since Arafat's passing. I am probably wrong, but I think that we must give them a chance.

And heck, if everything goes wrong, we just end up in the same place as you described -- well armed Islamists making war on Israel.

It's bizarrely hilarious that these asshats support Hamas and support rocket attacks on their neighbors, but are completely shocked when they have to face the consequences of their actions.

But it's even worse than that. Hamas deliberately targets civilians in the rocket attacks. Israel deliberately targets Hamas in theirs (although obviously this isn't foolproof, especially considering Hamas's less-than-civilized placement of military targets).

When you officially state that an entire nation of people have no right to exist and you continually try to murder them, do you really expect to be able to live in peace? Do you expect them to let you import Iranian arms with impunity? Seriously... how stupid can these people be?

 

Let's not forget that Israel was founded by terrorist groups and had terrorists for prime ministers.

o During the Muslim holy days of Ramadan and Eid al-Adha, Israel shipped some 11,000 head of cattle into Gaza – enough to provide 8.8 million meals of beef;
o More than 3,000 tons of hypochlorite were delivered by Israel to Gaza for water purification purposes – that’s 60 billion gallons of purified water; and
o Israel brought some 4,883 tons of medical equipment and medicine into Gaza – a weight equivalent to over 360,000 260-piece mobile trauma first aid kits.
