    Could anyone please teach me where can I buy a list of US IT professionals?

    I will not spam the list. I have a staff to help me build a long-term relationship with IT professionals daily.

    I think you must check social networking sites for it. Search US IT professionals and collect the data from facebook, linkedin etc.
