List of Instant Approval Directories

Didn't check all of them but they appear to all be owned by the same person since the layout and design is all very similar... just different domains and names on each.

If they are all on the same server or C class then theres no real benefit here. I couldnt see that any of the ones I checked had any PR value either...

I have used http://www.onewaytextlink.com which lists a ton of directories both free and paid with corresponding PR values.

In terms of speed of listing then free ones generally take a long time (weeks or months) because of the sheer volume of submissions they receive. A few of them are instant but then the listings will be very large as a result. Some of the paid ones are decent value so can be worth a few $. Try http://www.xirincs.info and http://www.xirincs.ro (http://dir.xirincs.info/faces/addUrl.jsp). It's a free directory of sites, rss/atom feeds and podcasts. Rss/atom sources are automaticaly indexed. Your link(s) will be instantly visible. But all links are checked continuously and can be removed later if you do not respect the rules. And you need Java JRE.

Spent some time this morning looking at all these lists. There are really only 5 lists in this thread. There is the one posted right in the thread and then 4 links to lists:

The first two are the same exact list. Both contain a ton of dups which will waste a load of your time. After running through some Excel commands I found there to be less than 5000 directories on the list once dups are removed. Still a pretty darn good list but no Page Ranks and no way to sort. The other two are pretty good lists with no dups.

When you combine all these lists together and remove all the dups you have a list of 6467 directories.

I will be adding all of these to my site http://www.freedirectorypost.com over the next week. It will take me a week because my site will add page ranks to each so you can sort them and submit to the high PR sites first. I can only look up 1000 sites every 24 hours for pagerank which is why it will take a week.

I encourage everyone to post all the lists you are aware of here or on www.freedirectorypost.com and it will become the only place you ever have to look for free directories.
