List of Free Stuff/Software Directories

Hello all. I am looking for a list of high PR directories that allows you to submit your software and other stuff as well as long as you provide these for free.

I don't think that you have understand me properly, I am not looking for Free Directories instead I am looking for directories where you can submit your programs and books for free. For example I have a program that I've created that I want to submit and gain links back from authority sites. I want to also submit my 2 books that are for free to different "Free Stuff Directories".
