    It will be hard to submit it anyway because the list is not up-to-date.
    Most of the directories are now paid or just offline. Some have viruses as well.

    Right, the web is full of neglected web directories. If you are tired of it, you can try my own free directory list, there you'll find the last activity detected (by bot crawling) for each directory, so, you can submit your site avoiding neglected directories. :)
