list of free directories

hi everybody,
I'm currently searching lists of free directories in English and Italian,
does anyone has some informations about these lists (if they exist) ?
Because sometimes, some guys send a message in order to propose their new directory, it's kind of them but not really convenient for anyone who want to launch a campaign of link development.
I open this thread because such a list exists in French
(if someone thinks it would be of interest for him, I can release it of course)

It should have 99% of the directories from directory critic and addurl.nu plus tons of other ones. I also completely combed vile silencers list. Of course these ar just PR3 and above ones..
