    OLX is good. I have posted on it a few times, with mostly good results. Also, if you're up to it, there are a number of groups on Facebook as well that are mainly for the Philippine market. A number of them are also closed groups, so mostly only members of that group will see the ad. Such groups are good for a more specific market though.
