can anybody give me list 1200 high PR 1+ Free web directories.

 

It would be better if you go to http://www.catanich.com/link-building-services.asp and follow the links there. It will give you all the source lists of the links you are looking for.

Also, keep commenting on all of the DP threads. Then set up your Signature links. ("User CP in Menu") This will also give you great links as well.
