I Have seen the lists of articles and directories here.I just want to build a list of forums here like digital point as forum sigs have importance in SEO too.SO pls provide here with all your forum lists here.

Why wouldn't you think so? I promote SitePoint all the time (and it's not because I'm a forum staff member either - I've been known to criticize SitePoint in the past when I've felt they've screwed up).

Just bear in mind that a lot of forums embed rel="nofollow" into links placed in posts and signatures to keep the search engine spiders from giving them any weight.

Don't know if this will help, but if you are building a list, then http://www.affiliateseeking.com/forums is another one. It is rather new, but it's been put on a site that has a PR5 domain that has been online for well over 3 years.

Once the PR update comes then it will have PR on the forum aswell.
