List of forums where I can create a blog?..Anyone could help?

    Hi guys!
    I'm looking for a decent list of forums where I can create a blog and make a post linking to my website. I've tried to do searching on my own by grabbing urls from SEPR but it seems too much work with no real effect cause 90% of blogs are closed for newbies. Hence could anyone share such kind of forums? Or may be some of you provide this posting/grabbing service?

    What do you mean a forum where you can create a blog? Not sure i follow...
