I must agree that most forums allow it, especially the smaller ones and the newer ones. The ones that are more likely to not allow it is the larger high traffic ones.

 

My PR 4 forum is also not there

Signing up to forums just for a backlink is probably only one up from guestbook spamming!

Well, you need to actually add value to the forums. When you add value, your link love will only increase.

But that is a GOOD thing. I don't want thousands of spammers come spam my board after seeing this post. I am so sure; thousands of spammers are gonna attack that list now, some from DP, some guests seeing this post as a result of a Google search.

if anybody doesn't want to be included on the list than don't tell me...

I'm sure webmasters would know that spamming a forum will only get you banned from it and all backlinks removed...

but if that is how you feel than fine

and yes, webmasters are welcome to use this post as they please as long as they make sure to link back to me as the source of it
