Everytime I check a domain that is suppose to be expired it says it is regged until Apr 08

At Expired domain up as you see, there are a list of domains, when you visit the details of every domain, there is a button "visit" in "Where buy or bid it?", You will visit the registrant where you can "buy now" or bid to win the domain and then in a couple of days you can start to use the domain.
