    Personally for Business I would say Business.com followed by Yahoo Directory

    Submit your site to the top 22 business directory's (My directory is 22nd) on the Directory Rate website (link below) and you would get exceptional value for money.

    dmoz.org, lii.org, stpt, etc, all have the finance category.
