    Does anyone know of a list of directories hosted by country?
    I need some directories that pass juice from Spain, Mexico, UK, and Canada.

    Look up sites popular in Spain, Mexico, UK and Canada and then Yahoo Site Explorer them to see if you pick out any local directories that link to them?

    That's really the easiest way to do it IMO.

    You will find UK directories easily, directory critic has many such directories. They also have a europe section. (be warned that list has a lot of dead directories).
