    I just managed to create a list of CPM affiliates And I would like You to review it, maybe something had to be changed or added.

    Well you can use affiliate links (so you can profit) and also give more information about the CPM programs prices.
    Example:
    Price/Profit: $3/CPM/1000 Impressions

    well, not exactly, because every traffic source is priced different. For example Traffic from USA is worth 1.80$ (in some companies) and traffic from china 0.25$, also, CPM companies check Your site popularity and it can lower or get higher income from 1000 impressions.
