    Hi Abhik, I think it's about personal experience. Everytime someone has an ad disapproved or account banned their response lack information/feedback.

    Anyway, is good to know they are doing good customer services to some other users.

    1. Paypal: By far have the absolutely worse customer service that I have ever come across. Criminal is a word that comes to my mind.

    2. Google Adwords: Consider that I spend more then 30.000 USD per month on advertising, should I be treated with 2/3 day email response times? And what about those wonderful automated responses?

    Good Support experience(s):

    1. Hostgator - Have never had a problem with them. Sometimes the response time isn't the best, particularly in the support ticket system, and some of the technicians don't seem to know what they are doing, but it's by far the best support I have ever experienced in a medium/large hosting company.

    you habe got to be kidding me, they dont even answer questions on their own forums. No support through tickets unless u put money into their paypal acount.

    I have ween a webdesigner for 6 years, and they are the worst. The only other company which would come close is solidinternet hosting.

    Common theme between these posts.

    Technology companies.

    ironic that technology was invented to get rid of some customer service yet these companies have the most complaints about their customer service.
