I don't really have a list but there is one that I use frequently (have been for a year and a half) Usfreeads.com I love them. Have made quite a few sales from them but you do need to get the premium membership for it to be effective and that does cost $9.99 a month but you can place really nice ads (very easy to use HTML features) and set the ads to never expire. This is my personal choice. If you do a google search on them, there are so many reviews you can see. It is a very common tool used especially in bum marketing but please keep me posted on any other good ones you find. I am always looking for different marketing avenues
