list of categories and sub categories

who has a good list of categories and subcategories.

i need one quick.

because i have to hand submit them all.

I am sure you may be able to find a directory submission program. Like IBP or something. Where it does auto submission for you

I also want to know, because I will run my own directory soon. Please give me list of the standard categories and sub categories, or where to download it.
