List of banned IPs

Here comes a list of IPs I've banned from my website. In fact, it's a list mixed of spammers and scamers both from my directory and classifieds. Most often (but not a rule), they try to fake their region/country of living from i.e. Nigeria/Africa to some countries in America or Europe.

Do you get any submittions? I mean it looks like youve banned alot of IPs that could very well be
good traffic and submitters but due to thier IP being closely related they could be getting rejected
and you end up losing submitters unknowingly....

Theres a spam mod available by anon for phpld if this is whats happening
as many directories are still being attacked or actually spoofed and the IP
is always changing so...

I JUST noticed your running a different script which is identical to www.internet-web-directory.com
and you may want to see if some type of spam mod can be made for your script and or switch scripts

I have several directories and i have NEVER yet had to ban any IP ...

Just noticed that there are a lot of indian ip's in there.
A few spammers just spoil the name of the whole community

 

try to get some spam guard or upgrade to 3.1+, I don't have any spam prob nowadays.

 

im getting 1k$ spam submission in all of my directories..
how to get rid of that!?

If so then an0n made one for PHPLD and hes also working on a few others
so you might want to talk to him and/or other coders depending on the script being used..

ummmm nope.. But its not that bad of a fee plus an0n
give his 100% support and i can say that its the best 30 bucks i ever spent so far for any mod.

Thier are other coders im sure for different mods and scripts and some maybe free... just depends on how annoying
that spammer or spammers are... so its ultimatly your choice wether to wait or spend

Yea, you are right - I run GLinks combinated with GCommunity.

IMHO that's one of the most powerful combination to run several applications together using just one username/password. Anyhow, there are plenty of combinations how and why you can ban annoying users/visitors. Don't take me wrong, but people on this list are REALLY dangerous - check the review of this ad which I saved: http://www.katakombe.com/classifieds/Detailed/239.html.

Since then I started to investigate users by different parameters and I've deleted over 200 ads.

hmmmm well thiers 2 methods to this madness

1. Spam my viagra and other crap site cause no one will accept it in any directories
2. Cause them so much grief and aggravation to were they quit and ive
managed to weed out some off the directory population out there...

No matter which version they use its bull...
