Hey, Hope you find this useful. This website is basically a listing of directories with almost 10,000 free directories listed. http://www.submit-add-url.com/ Enjoy your link building!
If you want to submit your site to 10,000 free directories, make sure to be natural. So Google will help you to shoot up to the top ranking for a keyword that you want.
be natural in the sense that submit little links for your website if you do that much of link backs your site gets banned quick.
Yeah 10k is unfathonable. But I am sure is possible, maybe. Would be great if all were functional and provided quality backlinks. And I am sure not all directories listed will apply to ones niche site. But will look through it and apply to those directories that fit my niche sites.
there not all free, some paid some recipricol went through the a group first 30 and found 10 to be paid
some of them are paid , and there isnt 10,000 i dont think.... but still a good source of free directories for the ones that are there.... thanks
There was this list at DP circulating with 10k directories, is that the same one ? anyway 10k directories don't make any sense anyway. Better stick to Best few hundred. I had compiled list last year, http://directories.nbridges.com , you can use it and also sort it as per alexa and page rank. Cheers
Thanks for sharing, although I expect a large amount are no longer working. Post here next time - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=25
It would be 'best' to get a list which show 'last link accepted' time for directories There might be more than 10000 free directories but only 'active' directories are of any use.
Guys, does anyone here still thinks that google still cares about backlinks? I have seen sites that has low backlinks that are ranked high in google. It is now a matter of relevancy, content theme, and more relevancy. Backlinks serves you well in terms of additional traffic, that's all it is.
I doubt that anyone has gotten a better SERP in the last couple of years by submitting to directories.
Wow. Its really great list but some of them are paid. Please when you submit any links also describe if its paid or free. Mostly people consider freeware i think. BTW thanks for list
