I thought this would be a good resource if people would list all the forums they know that allow html in their signature. And can you make sure the ones you list allow forum signature straight away,and not have to wait days or a number of forum posts before you can have a signature. Cheers
What is wrong w/ BB codes? You can still use them as urls... or add in images. I haven't encountered a forum with HTML enabled yet...
here's one: http://www.cre8asiteforums.com/index.php you might also want to rate the forum in terms of activity on 1-5 scale. It is useless (well much less effective) if the last posts are like feb 6, 2005. I look through a lot of forums and I'd say 20% of them allow sigs and have decent activity.
Without doubt DigitalPoint is the best and i use it the most, but i also enjoy using, namepros.com webmaster-talk.com v7n.com iwebtool.com All of them allow signatures with links in them. -- Phil
well. there is a reason why they dont allow html on some redirect scripts i'm sure can be made out of html can't they? if not html can wreck a page at least with adverts.
Great topic! I'm going to check back and see what other forums are listed. It can be a real chore to figure out where you can legitimately use keyword text in your signature. A lot of forums get really bent out of shape if you even include a link!
