From your first 50 dofollow blog list, only 20-30% are really dofollow. I am guessing that you won't be posting all 500 blogs at once, it is possible to check all dofollow blogs before posting it anyway.

Here are my two recommendations to getting your Blog Comment Approved on these sites,

1) Follow Proper Etiquette when filing in the 'Name' field, don't use Keyword Phrases if others aren't, just use your name
2) Post a good comment. No one liners, have your comment directly relate to whatever the blog post is about, something fresh, unique and on topic.
