    Yes, they are dofollow, they are mixed free and paid and sorted by PR. You should start submitting your websites from top of the list.

    Interesting list. Are these active directories? Are they actively accepting and approving new submissions.

    Yes, they are actively accepting and approving new submissions. You may find only one or two passive directories. Directory owners are not changing things very frequently but it is difficult to say all these 3250 directories are still un-changed. You should check them.
