This may be a stupid question but forgive me. I have checked some of directories listed above but I could not find any "submit link or add link etc.."
Is there any way that I do not know or just some of them have link submittion.

That's a great list. Actually some of the directory listed here are found in directory critic.

 

My personal opinion though is to submit to the high quality directories like Yahoo and Open Directory. I am not sure if submitting to so many directories is valuable. If it has a page rank less than 4 you may be wasting your time. Personally I would rather submit high quality articles to article directories.
