    Please could people ask me if they are going to post this list on their blog, as I have found some people with the list on their blogs allready. If you do want to have the list on your blog please post a note at the bottom of the article saying "This Article was wrote by A Webmasters Guide"

    If you dont already have something in place, it may be worth adding to your own blog that you would like permission asked first, or a linkback or both, just so people know.

    Place it so they can see it quite easy.

    How do you check to see if these directories are cached or not? Is it in the header / metatag or in the robots.txt file as no-cache or something like that?

    the pr of the index site doesn't matter, its the page that your link is on. Most likely it will be n/a or pr 0
