List like classifieds script

Hi all,

I'm looking for a classifieds script. I'm not looking for one which uses categories (like 68classifieds), I'm looking for one which is simpler and displays the adverts in a list (as seen here http://www.reptilekeeper.co.uk/forsale.php), I'm looking for one with a good admin section which makes it easy to remove/edit listings, as well as a sleek easy to edit front end. I'm not too bothered if its free or paid so long as it has the features.

Does anybody have any recomendations?
