    but they charge 5% of Load and Reload.
    And $35 annual fees. too bad for high cost. :(

    Epassporte doesn't accept paypal payments, but I don't think 5% is a much higher rate comparing with others in 2CO they charge 5.5% + 0.48$ fixed amount from every transaction.
