    It ranks for List Building Tips and a couple more keywords. I'm not monetizing it at all, just building a list. At this point I'm only capturing about 4 - 5 leads a month.

    There's a lot of potential with this site, I just dont have the time to work on it right now, so I'm passing it on to anyone who can.

    Yes it comes with the ebook but does not come with the mailing list software nor follow ups. You will have to configure that with your mailing list software (aweber, icontact,etc...)
