Selling List Builder? | 10 500 uniques in the last 30 days | highly targeted | 2-3$ a day

I'm selling www.howtogetridofdandruffnow.com. NO RUSH to sell, I want to know how much I can get for it.

Site is earning 2-3$ a day thru adsense.

Traffic is pretty good, The site got 10 500 visitors in the last 30 days. Its obviously a nice site to build a list.

Only monetized through adsense? Site could earn 2x-3x more than its earning now if it was monetized in different ways. Good luck with the sale!

 

if you make money $ 3 from adsense , equivalent 3 x 30 = 90 / month , you must make money from others( affiliate, your product etc ) $ 76 / moth , why???
you know that investor want to back their money at least 12 month , your price is 2000 / 12 = 166 / month ,

make money from others( affiliate, your product etc ) must be 76 / month

you make money for ALL = $ 90 + 76 = 166 / month , it is excellent

but, I think your website have a good potential to make money

Yeah obviously the site could earn WAY more than that. With all the traffic, you could build a list and promote some cpa offer or clickbank products.

I believe that this site could do between 200 and 500 per month doing that. I just dont have time right now to write all the follow up messages and all that stuff.
