I have registered it before few months, but never promoted.. Can we do PPC campaign with direct affiliate link and display url as liquidweb ? can we bid on term liquidweb ?
Bidding on the term Liquidweb doesn't really make sense for being a part of our referral program. If someone is searching for us chances are they already know who we are. So basically you'd be getting credit for a referral you didn't refer.
I just wanted to say that LiquidWeb is the best host i have dealt with up to now! (Worked with over 10 hosting companies since 2003) I am also going to get myself my first Dedicated soon I have a VPS now heh
I have used Liquidweb (as a host dedicated server) for about year or so. It was horrible experience. Although they have phone support and crap but their support guys don't know a single thing. If a tech screws something up they blame customers for it. Guys make sure you read fine print before wasting time on them.
Hi Alvin, Could you PM me with your info or the domain you had hosted with us. I'm shocked by the experience you say you had because of my first hand experience observing and working with our support team. We constantly strive for perfection and at least from what I can tell we hit a level of excellence not common in the hosting industry. Customers come first period and that isn't something we're going to move from.
