Selling Liquidation: Suite of AdSense Sites for Cheap!

Today I am looking to sell a dozen sites that are well suited for Made for AdSense sites or little niche shops. Each site has at least one unique article, even those that do not have a website up (most have). Many have an Exact Match Domain with very high search volume per month, so these can make you a lot of money with AdSense or any other monetization method there. I am selling because I have too many sites and want to liquidate some, that's why I am selling them at such a superb price. All have some backlinks but I had no time rank them, so assume no traffic and income. Some of these gems might already rank though.

Sites are with Namesilo or GoDaddy and most of them only expire some time in 2013.

I'll sell each for $25, the whole bunch for $225.
