Reason for selling is simply because I have no real use for this domain or time to convert it into a new venture. The domain was originally bought with the intention of offering linux related services, training, etc. The business was 'half' started, and a ton of SEO done. There wasn't sufficient time and effort dedicated to it, and the packages offered were simply not purchased and the site just closed. It has since sat idle. I recently installed WP-Robot on it and left it idle.

This domain could be really really well monetized by someone. Here's some ideas:

1. If nothing else, it's a PR4 domain, you can make good link sales on it.
2. Start a forum, linux related services, support.
