    If I'm honest I think your requirements are unrealistic for $10/month. For those specs you would realistically be looking at $30+.

    The issue here is likely the need of a lot of bandwidth, for $10, with any type of service you're paying for (VPS or not), you're likely not going to be able/aloud to push 2Tb through. The RAM is quite high for the price range as well. Anything you can provide in exchange for the low monthly rate? This might help potential providers being able to help you get those specs.
