you may need to go with an offshore host to have the material you want hosted on your VPS. Have you considered any hosts at this point?
Earlier, i was thinking probably you may be facing communication issues. But as you had not replied to me even after a PayPal Dispute or even after escalating it to a claim and a number of PMs and IMs, its concluded that you have scammed me.
