Linux Help Needed To Install "Open source Ticket Request System" OTRS

    I need someone to install OTRS on my webserver. You can read about it at:
    http://otrs.org/

    The server is running Red Hat, but I just use Plesk to interface with it. I need this done ASAP. I will pay via Paypal. Typically I can do these things myself, but I don't want to mess anything up on this one.
