As the title says, I accept payments with paypal only. Same with my PHP deal but cheaper: Small work shouldn't take more than 2 hours. Rate: $10.00 (£5.20)/hour (just $10.00 if it takes less than an hour). Something that'll take like 5-10 minutes (quick fixes etc) I'll charge $5. If I don't manage to finish your work, you don't have to pay.
