    i use command

    netstat -plan|grep :80|awk {'print $5'}|cut -d: -f 1|sort|uniq -c|sort -nk 1

    than got

    96 116.232.120.157

does it total 96 connections to my server ?

I would say it means 96 connections from that ip to your server.

just a note, :80 will also grep :8009 and such on both, the listening IP and the from IP.

It's 96 connections from 116.232.120.157 to your server IP on port 80. As mentioned by 'helpinghost', it could be port 80 OR 80xx.
