Linkyou - just Like YouTube but with Articles

Linkyou is the creative content writing platform.



Linkyou is not just a social site, it's not just an ordinary website, Linkyou is special. We have been working on the programming and on the design for two and a half year and now we have finished what we were planning to do.


How could I explain it to you?
Today people are not likely to write any articles or any content on the internet (maybe only wikis). There are video-sharing sites, micro-blogging sites, social sites like Facebook and Twitter and sites which contain many articles (TIME, Entrepreneur, PC Gamer, Gamespot, etc.), but those are written by professionals and people who are in the industry, but there is no site which is based upon content writing and creation (including multimedia) by ordinary people, like you.
On the other hand everybody wants to read great and informative content about nearly anything.

On Linkyou all the registered users can write articles by using an easy-to-use editor, so they don't need any special knowledge.
There are no limitations, (on Twitter the maximum lenght is 140 characters, or facing several types of difficulties like having an own website: hosting, updating, upgrading, programming, etc.)


I feel today that it's like before people get to known Youtube. Have you ever wondered to create and upload videos to Youtube? What could you do Without Youtube? How could you find videos made by ordinary people?

So we came up with this idea and we made it happen, to create a place on the internet which is for posts, articles, reviews, any other content written by ordinary people, the users. After 2 and a half years of working on Linkyou (it took most of our free time) we could finish the system.

stupid question: do we earn money ? On youtube, you can earn money with advertising.

And Squidoo and hubpages ?

 

we are planning to add that feature in the very near future
