so you might have come across this technique, nothing new basically just creating a circle of web 2.0 bookmark/blog sites that points to each other in a circle and ultimately all linking to your site. i've noticed for low volume keywords, its pretty good. you do notice a bump in rankings. i've also noticed an increase in PR.
