Yes you read that correctly. I am considering selling linkvault.com. Many SEO experts know all about link-vault. It's a link network similar to co-op at DP except it uses permanent links. I obtained linkvault.com years ago and have had great success either selling the referral links from the site or by renting out the vaultage I earn myself. At one point I turned down a $3k offer for the domains. Unfortunately I am in need of paying some taxes and this is one site I can certainly sell...I have plenty of built up vaultage from referrals already.

Site is cached in Google. The articles and text are unique. Pagerank is 1. Traffic is steady with about 500 visits per month (Google Analytics).

I have had full permission to use the LV logo from link-vault.com. They have no problem that the site is used for referrals to LV so there are no TM problems.

Offers should be $x,xxx and unless the buyer has incredible reputation this will probably be done with escrow.com.
