Has anyone had success with either of these two products? I have used both but it's hard to tell success from either one of them as I use many different ways to build backlinks. I would be curious about anyone who has engaged in or is willing to do a case study by putting up a new site & only using these services to build long tail keyword backlinks to the internal pages & seeing what happens.
I have heard many great things about buildmyrank although I have not used it myself. Linkvana I am not too familiar with.

Yep, you're in luck. I recently launched my site and started building links using only BMR to see what the effects would be. Okay, I cheated a little bit but within 2 weeks I went to Google page 2 on my targeted keyword. Definitely works and very user-friendly. Cheap too. Recommended.
Usually new sites appear on Google, to give them some exposure, then you have to keep linkbuilding otherwise you will slip down.
It's all the same, hit or miss depending on the density and competition of your keyword. BMR is alright, but I've seen some really horrible domains from them. Just because they are backlinks out there on their blogs, certainly doesn't mean they will count.
I've been building links for some clients with BMR (started with Linkvana) and I have seen their sites shoot up to PR4 and 5. They have of late updated their filter and getting posts accepted is a bit hard but worth all the effort. The only problem if you use spun content is that you might never use it in BMR as you can in Linkvana.
BMR makes you post unique article for each submission which is tiresome, while SEODestiny helps you spin the article to thousands of variations. So you submit one article but it gets places to hundreds of websites.
I think Linkvana is good and by hiring some good writers for writing for linkvana you can get a boost for your rankings at cheap cost.
