I am fairly new to Linkshare, having used them the last couple of months. For at least the last 6 weeks I am unable to see any reports (traffic, clicks, sales, etc.,). To date I have emailed 4 times. In the emails they acknowledge there is a problem, but cannot provide an ETA on the fix. There is no mention in their blog or on their page of these problems. I'm not pleased as sales have already been made, I have no idea if more have occurred, and they can't give me any answers. Is anyone else experiencing the same. I have seen another forum where someone suggests using a different browser - I don't buy that.
