Linksengineer - Reciprocal links or just another Link Farm?

    I client of mine asked me for SEO for his website. While analysing his site, I found that his previous SEO was using so called linksengineer reciprocal link management services.

    Although linksengineer claims that they are not a link farm, I smell something is fishy. A typical example can be found at sherwoodsigns.co.uk/lengineer.asp

    Please have a look at the above link and share your opinion.

    Is it Link Farm or Not?

    I think it's a link farm if all of their link partners were from relevant sites I would say
    it was reciprocal linking. However, they have exchanged links with quite a bit of
    unrelated sites that makes it look a bit spammy.

    If they are using automation script to add links, then it could be a link farm.

    Any programmer who can explain their code?
