    I will also say more backlinks to targeted pages, but don't forget that quantity is losing value and quality is becoming more important. ;)

    As mentioned by everyone else above, more baclinks to important pages of a site are better. The quality of links matters more than the quantity.

    same here... Quality backlinks to targeted pages is very important factor.
