links=traffic|is it true?

    is this analogy true.
    i have links from blog comments and directory submissions are these good enough to get traffic to my site or should i try something else.

    It should help you a bit, but the best way is to make people link to your site by them self, this will drastically improve your traffic, SERP and overall income from your site ;)

    Try writing articles with your links in the signature box. Keep them short, to the point, and it should leave to reader wanting more. Submit these articles to different article directories.

    This will create quality backlinks, and provide click through traffic.

    Try stumbles exchange ;) many people do that in DP, it can be another good traffic resource ;)

    Try to have a look at where your competition is gettings its link.
    That's often helpful!

    Then more links > increase of page rank > more likely to appear on SE results
    So it's all good!
    Just be careful not to get links from a bad neighbourhood (illegal, porn ...), these are crap and your site could be black listed!
