    For example if I have a site named cool.com , and I'm adding a few subdomains like : cars.cool.com, womens.cool.com, seo.cool.com, phones.cool.com, marketing.cool.com.

Now If I'm going to submit cool.com to directoryes, and other pages, this will influence the subdomains, or I have to submit each of them ?

You would have to submit the subdomains separately. The only effect it has is indirect from the link on your homepage to the subdomains (assuming you have a link).

You will have to submit each of the subdomains seperately.

Links to the main site increase its value which increases the value of its outgoing links. So, if the main site links to the subdomains, you get some indirect value from the added authority of the main domain, but not as good as direct links to the subdomains.
