We have links from other automotive web sites pointing to our site www.carpartfactors.com When i check the number of links with various link checkers, i get results from 1400 or even 6500 why is there such a difference when checking, and how do i really know how many links i have. colin
what link checker have you used?? try to use: link:http://www.mydomain.com on google, yahoo and msn...or try to use http://www.submitexpress.com/linkpop/
Search engines (especially Google) don't show exact number of links they have associated with your site. Google shows the list, Yahoo is closest to the real number... Use the DigitalPoint Backlink checker...
