How do I get links to my sub pages to display on my organic listing? I see some pages have them and others don't. I don't see any hard and fast rule for this.

    Any clue?

these are called sitelinks. There is a place in Google webmaster tools to identify them. Also certain search strings will pull site links.

Your site needs to be fairly established and optimized for google to display sitelinks.

should be optimized and also your site should have
good PR and get a lot of Google visitors.
