Links to Pages on Sidebar and/or Header.

I have just recently started using wordpress. I got a question that someone might be able to answer quickly. How do I get links to my sitemap pages to show up on my header and or sidebar? My site is: http://communalbusiness.net/blog/ . I want my pages: http://communalbusiness.net/blog/sitemap/ and http://communalbusiness.net/blog/about to show up. Let me know if anyone knows how. Thanks!

You can also just manually edit the "sidebar.php" and "header.php" and include the links there.
