Links to my site in articles on my site

When submitting articles to article sites of course I am linking back to my site for whatever back link value it provides.

Question: When I am writing an article that I am placing on my site is it best practice to include links to my site, or in the alternative place no links to my site product pages? I am not submitting the articles that I place on my site on article submission sites, they are unique to my site. I know I could "rewrite" them but I simply prefer to make them totally unique. I may rewrite some in the future but I have fifty articles now that simply need to be placed somewhere and the best of the bunch are going on the site.

    My friend,

There is absolute NO HARM from linking within your website.
Go ahead and link to other pages from your articles.

    :)

    Hi

These inner links will help your page rank – try linking it to pages you want to increase the PR.

(For example, an inner link to your about us will be less valuable here)

I thought inner linking from my articles would be beneficial but since much of seo is not really common sense I thought I would get some input. Thanks
